Registrations for the Kid's Challenge 2010 are open.

On the mandatory technical lecture of Thursday January 21, 2010 runners will be given a competition bag.
Medals and sponsors gifts will be awarded to the top three athletes of 14 - 15 and 16 - 17 years old category.
There will be a Finisher Medal for all competitors who finish the race.
Runners must wear the swim cap provided by the event organization and the competition number on the front side of the T-shirt all through the competition.
Drafting in the bike competition is not allowed for 7/9 year old, 10/11 year old, 12/13 year old and 14/15 year old categories as ruled by FECHITRI.
Drafting is allowed in the 16/17 category.

Ironman 70.3 Pucón is characterized by having a Kids Challenge competition that takes place on the Friday anteceding the Ironman 70.3. The idea is to give them the chance to compete with the world's best athletes in one of the most spectacular tracks so as to train future elite athletes.
